We couldn't be more excited about this project. Your donation has a priceless impact. You can give cancer patients more time with their families.
Meanwhile, patients are waiting for treatment options. Many of them don't have the luxury of time to wait.
According to a report from a major National Cancer Institute (NCI) and the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) sponsored conference, "Poor enrollment onto trials threatens to slow progress in cancer care at a time when advances in science are enabling new opportunities for prevention and treatment."
This slow progress in clinical trials affects anyone with cancer as well as many other medical conditions that still await treatment options.

The $75,000 prize will be awarded to person or team with the best idea so that their vision can be realized.
We know that amazing ideas can come from anywhere. Innovation prize competitions have been used by governments and organizations across the globe to spur innovation since the early 1700's. These prizes have resulted in groundbreaking solutions to everything from navigation, to food preservation, to aircraft design, and to medical research. We believe an Innovation Prize could have a profound impact on improving cancer care, too. Help us make it happen!
Clinical Trials = More Cancer Treatment Options
Clinical trials are the only way that treatment options can get to patients in the future. Today, only 3% of cancer patients are enrolled in a clinical trial. While many barriers stand in the way of getting patients in clinical trials, we must find solutions to allow more patients to participate in clinical trials!Help Fund the Clinical Trial Innovation Prize

Why Clinical Trials are Important to Cancer Care
Clinical trials are a critical step in the process for getting new treatment options approved for care. Challenges in enrolling patients in clinical trials are numerous and multi-faceted. Unfortunately, these barriers mean treatment options don't make it to patients in a timely matter, if at all. Some barriers that have been acknowledged in previous research include lack of patient awareness and lack of resources at institutions, such as support staff and time.Meanwhile, patients are waiting for treatment options. Many of them don't have the luxury of time to wait.
